A group of Parisian bohemians gather together every night determined to come up with the greatest story ever told. On this particular night, they conjure up the story of Amélie Poulaine, an extraordinary young woman who lives quietly in the world but loudly in her mind. She covertly improvises small but surprising acts of kindness that bring joy and mayhem. But when a chance at love comes her way, Amélie realises that to find happiness she’ll have to risk everything and say what’s in her heart. Using actor musicianship, puppetry, physical theatre and many other storytelling tools, this production takes the audience on a joyful and riotous journey through the streets of Paris and deep into the realm of their imagination.
