Performed by The Hammond's BA Musical Theatre students, Sondheim's Into the Woods intertwines classic fairy tales in a unique narrative. The story follows a baker and his wife who wish to have a child, but are cursed by a wicked witch. To break the curse, they must retrieve four magical items from various fairy tale characters. As they venture "into the woods" to gather the items, they encounter familiar characters, face challenges, and experience the consequences of their desires. Be careful what you wish for...
